My Property is Strata+’s online owners portal connecting you with your strata information. My Property empowers owners, tenants, and committee members with self-service access to essential information and functionality, eliminating unnecessary fees.
Owners access
Through the owner’s login, clients can access their individual lot details, levy notices, and minutes of meetings.
Access:
- Your profile to change address details, email, or phone
- Your levies – past and current statements
- Minutes of strata meetings
- Strata by-laws, strata plans
- Information guides for living in strata.
Features include:
- Facility room booking system to access a meeting room, bbq areas etc.
- Action requests for the strata manager
- Participation in online voting (when enacted by a committee)
- Online message board with information about the scheme, such as the status of repairs on the building.
- Approval forms for pets, renovations etc.
Strata committee access
My Property allows the strata committee access to minutes of meetings, defect rectification documents, maintenance schedules, capital works fund forecasts, tenders, quotes and by-law history.
The portal also allows for committee members to:
- Send action requests for the strata manager such as by-law breaches, maintenance requests, fire safety, security and cleaning requests
- Access to real time financial data such as revenue and expenses, unpaid levy contributions
- Approve invoices
Any type of document relating to the scheme can be loaded onto My Property including:
- Owners’ manuals
- Appliance manuals and warranties
- Handover manuals
- Delivery instructions.
