Liza is our CEO. She is a positive self-driven leader with a focus on exemplary client experience.
She has worked in financial services, both in Australia and overseas, for 20 years. Prior to joining us, Liza had a 14-year relationship with strata as an Associate Director with Macquarie Business Bank. Her first role was in business development, then she led the NSW relationship team, and in 2018 she moved to a National role. Before Macquarie Liza was with HSBC as a Private Banker.
In addition to her acute relationship skills, Liza has a passion for team development, innovation and financial analysis.

Michael oversees our strata management as S+ Head of Strata. He is the Licensee in Charge of our Parramatta and Oran Park offices.
Michael has been in the property sector since 1998 working with real estate, conveyancing, and mortgagors. In 2003 he became a strata manager and in 2010 was promoted to Licensee in Charge of a large Sydney office. Promoted again in 2014 to become General Manager of a strata agency comprising 48 staff over two offices.
Michael has the expertise to deal with every aspect of team, operational, compliance and relationship management for our strata & community title, and BMC clients.
In addition to his strata licence, Michael holds a Diploma in Small Business (Real Estate), and he is a Justice of the Peace.
Michael leads through his action. He enjoys providing support and guidance to the team to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction.

Verica is our P&C Manager. She holds a BCom(HRM & IR), Diploma in Business(HR), is certified with the Australian IR Institute, and holds a Cert IV in Training & Assessment.
Prior to joining Verica had 15+ progressive years of experience in all facets of HR, professional development & talent management. She joined looking for client centric organisation that has a fast paced high growth environment.
Verica believes that knowledge management and ongoing innovation is key to organisational proficiency.

With over two decades of experience in strata management and diverse corporate sectors, Andrew is a pivotal addition to our leadership team. His expertise is set to elevate our operational efficiency and client service quality.
Andrew’s career in strata management includes 10 years as Finance Director at at large strata agency, and 10 years as their Group Chief Financial Officer. His professional journey spans multiple industries, including IT, telecommunications, lending, and management consulting. He has held key positions with global giants such as Komatsu and AT Kearney, bringing a wealth of international business acumen to our organisation.

Michael is our Regional General Manager overseeing our Tweed, Newcastle and Port Stephens Strata teams. He is a Justice of the Peace and level 3 accredited with SCA having obtained his license in 2007. Michael served on the SCA NSW Board 2019-2021, and is on the UDIA NSW Hunter Committee.
Michael is a passionate strata professional with more than 18 years experience in our sector in both a business development capacity and as a strata manager. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Management.
Clients, their suppliers, and our team find Michael friendly, trustworthy and calm in their dealings.

Joanne has been with Strata Plus since 2002 and as such is one of the most qualified and experienced individuals in every aspect of strata, community and BMC trust accounting.
With her team of six, including three qualified accountants, Strata Plus has implemented a payment system that no other competitor can match.
Prior to joining Strata Plus, Joanne held senior accounting roles within both the investment and retail banking sector.

Daniel brings over fifteen years of strata management expertise to Strata+, having started his career in 2008. His diverse background includes roles as Senior Strata Manager, Business Development Manager, and Branch Manager, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Daniel gained his strata license in 2017 and became a Class 1 strata agent in 2020.

Susan joined our team in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience in high-level customer service roles. After earning her Bachelor of Science degree, Susan discovered her true calling in the strata industry. Drawing on her background in management and operations, as well as her expertise as a Licensed Strata Manager, Susan specialises in setting up new developments. She provides invaluable guidance and management-focused solutions, creating a solid foundation for strata managers to successfully guide new owners corporations through their crucial first years post-completion.

Guy works from our Central Sydney office. Guy is licensed, has level 3 accreditation with SCA, and holds a Bachelor Science (Hons) in Operational Research & Business Studies.
Guy has been in the sector since 2004 and joined Strata Plus in 2013. He manages a prestigious portfolio with an exemplary service ethic. Guy shares his extensive knowledge and wisdom on how to deal with both complex matters and complex relationships within the variety of scheme structures.

Lani holds level 4 accreditation with SCA, having obtained her license in 2009. In 2018 Lani was awarded the SCA NSW Strata Manager of the Year. She believes it was her commitment to her team and the sector, together with her strong ethical values and ongoing professional growth that impressed the judges.
Lani commenced her strata career in 2003 and joined Strata Plus in 2015. She holds Bachelor degrees in Law and Business, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Lani’s experience in managing the full variety of schemes with well-regarded companies, combined with her complimentary experiences, skills, and qualifications enables her to provide highly professional and accurate services. She takes pride in her customer service ethic and is passionate about being a team player and mentor.

Joshua works in our Central Sydney office. Joshua is licensed, has level 3 accreditation with SCA. He joined the sector in February 2013 and his experience covers the full range of scheme types and structures. Joshua has previously been a Licensee in Charge and a General Manager directly responsible for a team of 25.
Joshua had 10 years in the building sector before embarking on his strata career. He joined to gain exposure to our quality clients, professional team and industry position. His team and our clients find Joshua to be professional, dependable, earnest and well informed.
